Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period is 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. We recommend that you log in HERE and request a return directly in our return portal. We will then send you a return label. You can also send an email to kundeservice@rang.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of this page.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled: Delivery of goods that are manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You will generally have to pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing or damaged, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used to make the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
Complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to our business address.
Private packages cannot be delivered here and will therefore end up in a parcel shop, which we unfortunately do not accept.
If you want to be on the safe side, use our return portal HERE or wait for a response by email before sending.
We assume responsibility for ensuring that your 14-day return period applies from the time you receive your return label from us.

Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact kundeservice@rang.dk If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus .
In order to be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. There is a fee to have the complaint processed. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
When you shop at an e-labelled webshop, you can have your case processed by the e-label free of charge - regardless of the amount. Read more here . If you reside in an EU country other than Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission's online complaint portal here .
