Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:
We charge the amount when we ship the item, or the money is released according to an agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer. We do not charge card fees. The amount is not debited from your card until the item is shipped.

With Anyday, you can split your payment into 4. You pay 25% when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you, as long as you pay on time.

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. After that, you must pay your monthly installment on the same date each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period is 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kundeservice@rang.dk or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
Returns / Refunds
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item.
Returns must always be agreed upon in advance by contacting us at kundeservice@rang.dk, after which you will receive a return label or a labelless code for drop-off with the shipping provider.

For physical returns to the store, you must always send an email to kundeservice@rang.dk before dropping off.
Since rang cph may not necessarily be present during the store's opening hours, the return will only be registered and processed once we have received your email and subsequently handled the return.
You are responsible for the item until we have received it, and you bear the risk of any damage during transport.
We only accept returns that have been agreed upon in advance.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of goods manufactured to your specifications regarding size or design, or that have been clearly personalized. This also applies to unique products.
Condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value, and this is due to you having used it in a way other than what was necessary to ascertain the item's nature, characteristics, and how it functions, you can only get a partial
refund of the purchase amount. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, this may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the item's value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs
(this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement. We will refund the money using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
Complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a 24-month right to complain.
If your complaint is justified, it means
that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember also to get a receipt for dispatch, so we can
refund your shipping costs.

We only accept packages sent directly to the address. When returning the item, please enclose a detailed description of the problem.
Complaint access
If you, as a consumer, wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact kundeservice@rang.dk If we fail to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal of Nævnenes Hus.
To be able to complain, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. There
is a fee for processing the complaint. There is a fee for processing the complaint.

have your case processed free of charge by e-mærket - regardless of the amount. Read more here. If you reside in an EU country other than Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission's online complaint portal here.
