Freight & delivery

  • All orders placed before 12 noon are normally shipped the same day. Delivery times may be extended during e.g. SALE and Christmas, where delivery times can be up to 10 business days. See more information under Shipping & delivery.

  • Once the package has been shipped, the following delivery times apply:

    • Delivery: 1-3 business days
    • Postnord: 1-2 business days
    • GLS: 1-2 business days

    NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, your package will automatically be moved to the nearest delivery location. You will be informed by your chosen shipping company. If there are any problems/questions with the shipment, please contact us at kundeservice@rang.dk .

  • Yes, you can get free shipping to a parcel shop when you buy for 299,- on the webshop.

    Home delivery always costs 50 kr.

  • As a general rule, you cannot change the delivery address after you have placed your order.


    But contact our customer service in the chat or email: kundeservice@rang.dk the same day the order is placed, and we will correct it as soon as possible if the package has not been shipped.

  • If you want to find your order confirmation, you can log in to the page with the email you used to place the order, or send an email to kundeservice@rang.dk.

  • If you have not received your package within 2 business days, please send us an email at kundeservice@rang.dk.

    Remember that you can always track your order with the tracking number you received.

Repair & cleaning

  • We offer jewelry repair. Contact customer service with your order number and the reason for the complaint. Send your inquiry to kundeservice@rang.dk and please attach a picture of the damaged jewelry.

    If they need to be cleaned, it is done in the same way, but this costs 100,-

  • Unfortunately, it may happen that we have sent you an item that is damaged, either because we did not discover this or because it was broken during shipping.

    Fortunately, this almost never happens, as we check all our products before we pack and ship them, but if you receive a piece of jewelry or a hair clip that is broken, just send us an email at kundeservice@rang.dk or on our insta and we will find a solution for you as soon as possible.

  • If you receive a damaged product, it is covered by your right to a refund.

Exchange & return

  • You have 14 days full right of exchange and return from the day you receive the delivery. Exchange can be made for a credit card or the money can be refunded. We only refund to the card used for the purchase. To create a return, we recommend that you log in here and request a return, or send us an email at kundeservice@rang.dk.

    Please wait until we return with a return label to you. Your 14-day submission deadline only applies from the date you receive the return label.

  • You usually have 14 days to contact us and return the item. If it is a gift, you can request a longer period. You just need to write it in the note when you order.

    You can get a longer exchange period for gifts by specifying the date the gift should be given in the note to your order.

Order

  • We pack your order as quickly as possible, and therefore it is not possible to cancel or change your order.

  • If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service at kundeservice@rang.dk and we will help you find the package.

  • If you have received the wrong product in your order, contact us at kundeservice@rang.dk and we will correct the error.

  • Once we have registered your return order, you will receive an email stating that the item has been received and the money will be returned.

    Remember to save your receipt for the shipment, as we are not responsible for lost packages sent to rank cph.

  • Once we have registered your return order, it may take up to five banking days for the money to be in your account.

  • We accept Mobilepay, Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Viabill, Anyday, American Express, JCB and Diners Club.

  • If you experience challenges with your gift card, please take a picture of the gift card and send it by email to kundeservice@rang.dk and we will help you.
